myLIBRO founded in 2017 was inspired by our co-founder’s son, who saw the potential of AI to transform library experiences. The mission: to create an app that connects patrons to their libraries through innovative technology. The concept turned into the all-in-one application that it is today, being used by public and academic libraries across the country. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we adapted to support libraries with contactless curbside pickup and other remote services, helping them stay connected with their communities. Observing this pivot to a new normal, myLIBRO helped libraries of all sizes connect with their communities while keeping the health and safety of staff and patrons a priority.

Today, myLIBRO has evolved into a comprehensive virtual library platform. It offers seamless access to library catalogs, digital resources like OverDrive and Hoopla, account management, summer reading challenges, event scheduling, and more. Our app simplifies and enriches the library experience, keeping patrons engaged and connected with their libraries like never before.
